Please phone our receptionists to get booked-in as soon as you can. Remember to say whether you will be on foot or in a car.

Evening and Weekend Appointments

We offer appointments on alternate Saturdays with nurses and doctors and every third Sunday with a doctor. We also have nursing appointments available late on Wednesdays. Face-to-face appointments with doctors remain limited due to ongoing COVID-19 restrictions. Please ask at reception if you are interested.

Social Prescriber

We have a Social Prescriber working all day Tuesdays. She is able to provide much longer appointments than the doctors and can help to find non-medical ways improve your health and wellbeing.

Internet Pharmacies

We are aware of a growing number of Internet pharmacies that offer to deliver your medication to your door.  Pharmacy2U and are two such organisations.  You may receive advertisements from these companies in your mail.

They are not endorsed by us (your GP surgery) and they are not NHS organisations, although they do issue medication on NHS prescriptions.  They do not have branches that you can walk in-to, or people that you can speak to face-to-face. If you need medication urgently you will still need to visit a high-street pharmacy or one our dispensaries.

We like our patients to have choice, but we also ask that you continue to support our practice dispensaries and our local pharmacies in order to keep these services available.  If you have difficulty getting out of the house then our practice dispensary and our local pharmacies may be able to deliver medicines to you, please ask.
