Online Consultations

We have an online consultation service. It is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. This can be used to get advice on conditions, or request advice from your doctor here at the surgery. Click HERE to access the system, or click the image on any page of this website.

Cancelling your Appointment

If you are unable to attend an appointment with one of the doctors or nurses, please telephone or use the link at the bottom of this page to cancel your appointment.

Change in Prescription Charges

From 1st April 2018 the prescription charge will be £8.80.  Please see the prescriptions tab for further information.

We run a waiting list process for this service. Please contact the reception for more details.
We use text messages for a number of purposes, including appointment reminders and cancellations. Please ensure we have your up-to-date contact details.

 

CHRISTMAS PRESCRIPTIONS

Any prescriptions due between the 5th of December 2025 and 5th January 2026 should be ordered after Monday 1st December and NO later than Monday 15th December.

This allows both the GP practice and the pharmacy sufficient time to process the request, order stock and prepare the prescription.

Please allow extra processing time before collecting any prescriptions during busy periods.
